Creative Play Cafe offers a dual space for families to work and play.  Comfortable seating areas are available for parents to work or socialize with others, while their children, ages 1 through 6, engage in imaginative play nearby.

Creative Play Cafe is growing imaginations through play.  Your child can be a fireman, a builder, a banker, or a veterinarian.  Go camping and chase a bear through the woods, run a local market, or drive a trolley!  Children will be having so much fun, parents will want to join in, which we strongly encourage.

The STEM area will get their wheels turning, and the Human Claw Machine is definitely a crowd-pleaser with all the little giggles!

Our Infant area is designed with your non -mobile infant in mind and provides you with a safe place to interact with your baby while older children ages 19 months to 6 engage in activities outside this area, but still visible to you.  

Studies have shown that building on a child’s imagination helps to strengthen and develop critical life skills.  It increases a child’s ability to problem-solve and to self-regulate their emotions.  It also teaches them conflict resolution and builds their creative thinking.  Creative playtime also has many benefits for a child’s social and emotional health.  Imagination and pretend play are an essential part of a child’s education and proper development.
